Terms of Service
1. The service
Norax AI ("we", "us") operates noraxdev.org, an AI agent demo and platform. Free tier: 3 messages/day per IP. Paid tiers: credit-based access (see pricing page).
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Norax AI to:
- Generate illegal content, CSAM, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Attempt to extract system internals, model weights, or credentials.
- Abuse rate limits, scrape, or run automated attacks.
- Generate spam, malware, or content intended to deceive.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.
3. Payments and refunds
Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase via email request. Payments processed by Stripe.
4. Intellectual property
You own the inputs you send and the outputs you receive. Norax AI retains rights to the service, software, and infrastructure.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information independently. Do not rely on Norax AI for medical, legal, or financial advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norax AI's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for ToS violations. On termination, memory and usage data are deleted.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Norax AI is registered. Disputes resolved via good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
